Metamorphosis

I need to get back to studying. Not that I enjoy stuffing my cerebral cortex with information. But as much as I wanna enjoy my break from school, part of me also wants to retain the knowledge I worked my ass off on, couple of weeks ago.

I'm transforming into a stereotypical med student. Sighs.

Avatar - A whole new Paradigm

Finally caught Avatar!!! You wouldn't believe how late I managed to catch the show. It was the last day and last show at the cinema near my place.

I have one word for the movie: AWESOME!

I wanna live in Pandora! Then again, I don't really appreciate the freaky thingy that sorta allows the indigenous people to "bond" with their environment and their Ikrans.

The whole idea of the Na'vi Language is interesting. Upon further reading, I figured the Avatar team  came up with the Language. It has its vowels, phonetics and grammar. I see James Cameron following the footsteps of Tolkien.

Eywa reminds me of Jelly fish. :-s

2009 years have gone by

Its the new year (depending on the calendar you follow). For some its a whole new beginning. For others, it's just another day. For me...

I love the first day of a new year. Even more so than the day I was born. Everyone was born on some particular day in a year, however, the birth of time itself is unique. It provides one with the accomplishment of having lived, enjoyed, experienced a whole 365 days and to look forward to another entirely different, 365, individual time-frames.

Ain't that exciting? I am definitely excited! :-)
